Returns & Exchanges

We have a 14-day returns policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions and items that cannot be returned
Certain products are not eligible for return, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), customized products (like custom-made or personalized items), hygiene products (like earrings and underwear), and personal care products (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific product.

Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be returned.

How do you return?

  1. Please send an email to contact@uniqtie.com within 24 hours (in case of damage or defect) or within 14 days (for other reasons) with your order number, reason for return and a photo if there is damage or a defect.
  2. After approval, you will receive instructions from us on where to send the product.
  3. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.
  4. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is incorrect or damaged.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will refund the purchase price as soon as possible via the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.

Received a damaged or incorrect product?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and send photos of the damaged product. We will then provide a solution (replacement or refund).

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will then evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

Exchange
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you currently have and purchase the new one separately once the return is accepted. Unfortunately, direct exchanges are not possible.

Legal cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, within the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a reason. As above, your product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
