At UNIQTIE, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Please note that we work with Dutch and European suppliers, which means delivery times for products may vary.

Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Delivery Times
The estimated delivery time is always stated on the product page. Do you have products with different delivery times in one order? Then we may ship them in multiple packages.

Furniture and home accessories (depending on product): 3-14 business days
Clothing and accessories: 2-7 business days
Care products: 2-7 business days

Please note that these are indications. During busy periods (such as holidays or global logistical delays), shipments may be delayed. We are not responsible for delays due to customs checks or incorrect address details.

Orders may arrive in multiple packages if you have ordered several products. If you have not received anything after the average delivery time? Please contact us at contact@uniqtie.com, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping Costs and Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on a large collection of selected products, such as all furniture. If a product qualifies for free shipping, this is clearly stated on the product page.

For other products, shipping costs may apply, depending on the weight, dimensions, or shipping location. We always strive for the cheapest shipping options. The total shipping costs will be calculated at checkout before you confirm your order.

Do you have multiple products in your shopping cart, some of which have free shipping and others do not? Then the shipping costs will only be calculated for the products that are not eligible for free shipping.

Discounts and Promotions
Discounts are calculated at checkout on the final checkout page. There you can enter the discount codes for our promotions.
