At UNIQTIE, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Please note that we work with Dutch, European, and international suppliers, so delivery times may vary.

Processing of orders
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Delivery times
We work with various suppliers and warehouses. This means delivery times may vary per product. The expected delivery time is always listed on the product page. If you have products with different delivery times in one order, we may ship them in multiple packages.

Furniture and home accessories: depending on product 4-18 working days
Clothing and accessories: 3-7 business days
Care products: 3-7 working days

Please note that these are estimates. During peak periods (such as holidays or global logistics delays), shipments may be delayed. We are not responsible for delays due to customs checks or incorrect address information.

Orders can arrive in multiple packages if you've ordered multiple products. If you haven't received anything after the average delivery time, please contact us at contact@uniqtie.com and we'll look into it for you.

Postage costs
We offer free shipping on a wide range of select products. If a product qualifies for free shipping, it will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Shipping costs may apply to other products, depending on weight, dimensions, or shipping location. We always strive to provide the cheapest shipping options. The total shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, before you confirm your order.

If you have multiple products in your shopping cart, some with free shipping and others not, shipping costs will only be calculated for the products that don't qualify for free shipping.
